HOURS & DAILY PROCEDURES:

• Care is provided based on contracted days and hours only, unless pre-arranged ahead of time

• All children must arrive by 8:30 a.m.

• Parents must text upon arrival

• Children are released only to authorized adults

• Children that are here before or after your contracted time are due to their contract arrangements.

​CHANGE OF WORK HOURS:

• Childcare needs are changing? Lets discuss your needs.

• 30 day notice for changes in hours

EARLY DROP-OFF: 

• Need to drop off earlier than your scheduled time, we can make arrangements and adjustments for payment of the extra time

• If you need to change your hours, we can discuss changes.

• Early drop off and no show is subject to a late fee. 3 no shows will forfeit the early drop off availability​

​LATE PICK-UP:

• $20 minimum + $1 per minute per child

• Repeated lateness may result in termination

• I am pretty understanding when picking up late due to emergencies.

• If we have arranged a special late pick up there is an extra fee for the extra time.
