ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

 

Upon receiving a 4 week non-refundable deposit your child’s spot is confirmed and will be held. The deposit will be applied to the final month of child care upon graduation/moving/etc.

By 9/1Parents are responsible for providing the following items:Spray sunscreen (children 1yr and older) Please bring the following items: 2 reams of white copy paper (no holes)2 large bottles of rubber cement2 packages of disinfectant wipes (Costco brand is the best)30 OZ bottle of Hand SanitizerSpray can of Lysol disinfectant spray4 large boxes of Costco snacks some favorites: Annie’s Bunny fruit snacks, big box of goldfish, fruit leather, fruit snacks, dried fruit, apple sauce packets, kids cliff bars, veggie straws big bag, animal crackers, pretzels, hummus, big box of cheez-its. If they come in a large size that is not individually packed that is ok too. One complete change of weather appropriate clothing Infants/Toddlers - diapers, baby wipes, special creams or ointmentsDaily formula / breast milk and bottle/s (labeled with child’s name)Baby food / food and any necessary baby snacks until 18 months old daily (labeled with child’s name)

 

HOLDING SPOTS:

I am not able to hold a spot open for you. We can discuss this further if you have a particular circumstance. I have an operating budget and depend on filled spots to meet the budget. The weekly rates reflect all costs included to run my business on a daily basis.

  • Yearly fee non-refundable - registration/craft/pre-school/activity fee. Fee goes towards a variety of items:

    • paperwork processing $100, broken toy replacement $20-$200, replacing misc broken items $20-$300, activities $20, art supplies $50-$600, equipment $20-$1000, nap cots $29, chairs $18, pack n plays $85, Kleenex $30, toilet paper $75, cleaning supplies $150, state relicense yearly fee $40-$100, CPR & first aid certified $125. fire extinguishers inspection $50, water purification inspection $80, background checks $100, special supplies $20-$50, yearly folders $25, curriculum $20-$75, new sheets $36, new blankets $36, new pillows $36, yearly training $50, misc. supplies $20-$300 = cost $1325 - $3640 this is instead of raising the rates yearly.

6.       Bring your child clean, bathed, dressed and ready for the day.

7.       Please have them go to the bathroom at home before you leave. If they don't the most likely have accidents within the first 20 minutes of arriving because they couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time.

8.       Child’s play is messy work. Your child will be doing activities or eating messy foods that may stain nice clothing. I put bibs on but if they tear them off and don't want to wear them I am not responsible for clothing getting messy.
